Top War - Perk Book

Perk Books
After getting your hero to 5 stars in Top War you gain the ability to unlock and start using perks, a fancy way to say additional buffs, there are 4 slots that you unlock first using gems.

Unlocking Hero Perks
The hero promotion menu (Where star progression is displayed)
Changes into the Perk menu
Once you click the Perk section a new menu pops up that looks like this
Each hero can have a maximum of 4 perks unlocked and it does cost money to unlock these if you haven't saved up enough free gems.
Perk slot 1: 100 gems
Perk slot 2: 300 gems
Perk slot 3: 900 gems
Perk slot 4: 2700 gems

Each time you unlock a perk on your hero in Top War you are given a random base Perk boost that becomes part of your heroes permanent stats. 
Changing Bad & Unwanted Perks
Occasionally when you unlock perks luck will be on your side and you will get the Perk you want or one that benefits you on the first try. For all the other times now is when your Perk books go to work.

For this example I am using Ricardo, an Air Force hero. Luck was not on my side when I unlocked Ricardo's first Perk slot and the game gave me a tank buff.
To get started make sure you have at least one perk book available and click on the Reforge or refresh button
🚨 IMPORTANT WARNING🚨
During this process, YOU MUST CLICK SAVE OR YOU WILL LOSE ANY NEW PERK BEING OFFERED.
If you lose connection or navigate away from the Reforge menu for any reason and did not click save you will lose any new Perk you were offered and the perk book you used.

Once you click on Reforge another menu pops up showing the new perk you are being offered.
From here you have two choices to make:

1. If you like the new Perk that shows up click save and you are done. If you don't like the new Perk and just want to keep your old one just exit out of this menu and do not click save.
2. If you have additional perk books and do not like the perk you were offered you can continue to Reforge until you get one you like. The idea here is to have perks that enhances your heroes ability. In this example, Ricardo being an Air Force hero,  I would be looking for more Air Force related perks.

Powering Up Perks
Hero Perks in Top War can be powered up by using the hero shards of the specific hero you are working on.
Simply click on the Perk you want to power up and you are presented with two options
These upgrades use hero shards of the specific hero you are working on. 

1 upgrade will cost you 2 hero shards.
10 upgrades will cost you 20 hero shards.

If you do not have enough hero shards the game will open another menu that will allow you to convert your universal color shards into your specific hero.

How to Get Perk Books
Here are all the current ways I am aware of you can obtain perk books.

A: Item Store
These will cost you 1,000 gems each.

B: Legion Store
These can be obtained without spending money and will cost you 12,000 legion points. 

C: Expedition Store
These can be obtained without spending money and will cost you 120,000 expedition points. 

D: Points Store

Top War - Eternal Land Briefing

🇪🇸  Lea esto en español aquí Eternal Land This is a General Overview The biggest thing that you should do before this event begins is to come to an agreement between all the aliances to only move into Eternal Land as one single large alliance or group with everyone in agreement to actively farm, or collect resources for the first 24 hours. Doing this will allow you to collect amethyst.  Amethyst are used to repair and build power stations which are used to expand your territory. You want to expand your territory to include all 3 outposts, the 4 gates and the Expedition Base. Top War Blueprints

You should be used to seeing this building in Top War already at this point because you might be coming here to work on your Suppression levels or to work on your Components. At level 65 you get access to a new section inside your Arsenal building.
