Top War - Producing Material, Crafting & Configuring Equipment

You're level 65 now or are studying ahead. Welcome back to the Arsenal building (pictured above).
We will cover three main topics:
1: Producing Materials
2. Crafting Equipment
3. Configuring Equipment
To get started select your Arsenal building and click on the third tab at the top, Equipment, once that menu opens.
Producing Materials
A: Getting Them The Fast Way
You can obtain Materials a few ways in Top War, one of the easiest and fastest ways is during Eternal Land.
Many of the tasks there provide White (or base level) Material Chests as rewards for free. During rotating times of the week Top War will offer random "Value Packs" that can be purchased that also have a variety of different colored material chests that can provide Green, Blue, Purple, Gold or White materials, this is going to be the most expensive option should you follow that route. You can also expect to get them from various events in the future as Top War adds them to new or adjusts prize pools.
B: Utilizing the Arsenal Building
For the casual or economical player once you open the Equipment tab in the Arsenal Building you are greeted by three sections open this one to get started
Once you click on Produce Materials you are greeted by the production menu where you will create your White (base) Materials.
The list is fairly self explanatory:
Steel
Screws
Transistor
Rubber
Tungsten
Battery
Glass
Each one of these is produced in quantities of 10 and require 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete.
You will have 5 production lines to work with for a total production time of 12 hours and 30 minutes. Because of the length of time required to produce the White (base) Materials it is important that you begin producing them as soon as you are able to, when you reach level 65, and continue daily. Adding production of materials to your daily tasks if you login once a day to complete research and collect daily rewards is a good policy to have.
Post Material Production
Merging for better materials
At the top of the Produce Materials menu are three tabs, the section we want now is called Merge
Once you are in this section you are now able to start merging your White (base) materials to create better quality materials.
This process is fairly simple to understand and it does cost gold to do this.
In order to upgrade to the next quality of material you will need 4 of the previous kind starting with the base, White, material.
4 White material will merge into 1 Green material.
4 Green material will merge into 1 Blue material
4 Blue material will merge into 1 Purple material
4 Purple material will merge into 1 Gold material
When merging materials you can choose to merge 1 set at a time or you can chose to merge all the current material you have available. In the example photo above there are 171 steel material available. If you select to "Merge All" you would end up with 42 Green steel material and have 3 White steel material remaining. You can repeat this process until you have made the specific materials you are trying to make depending on the Blueprints you are using.
Recovering Materials
If you have too many high quality materials (gold, purple, blue) materials you can split or downgrade them to a lower material using a similar process to merging them. This time from the menu at the top select Split
A menu similar to the merge menu appears
In the example photo above we are going to Split or Downgrade 1 Green Screw material, by doing this we will end up with 4 White or base material.
Each time you downgrade 1 material you will get 4 of the next material.
Split 1 Gold material to get 4 Purple
Split 1 Purple material to get 4 Blue
Split 1 Blue material to get 4 Green
Split 1 Green material to get 1 White (base)
Just like the merge menu you can choose to split one set of materials at a time or all at once.
Crafting Equipment
At this point you should understand the basics of producing material, now it is time to understand why we are producing material and how to decide which materials to create.
If you didn't already do it take a break to read the Blueprints companion post here and come back when you are done.
Once you have your Blueprints it's time to utilize them by making equipment for your Army, Navy & Air Force to give them additional attributes. Inside the Arsenal Building on the Equipment menu let's click on the Craft Equip menu
Once you have done this another menu opens up showing the different types of parts you can create if you have the corresponding Blueprint to do so.
For this example we will be looking at the Armor Modification section
Here we have available 3 White blueprints for Homogenous Armor that will provide the Army with a +14% boost to their HP once it is equipped.
In order to create this piece of equipment you can look at the Materials Needed section that appears any time you select a Blueprint to work on.
In the example above you need:
(Remember the type of material you need is based on the Blueprint you are working on, this example is a White Blueprint so all materials needed will be White)
20 Steel
30 Screws
20 Glass
1 White Blueprint
A specific amount of Gold
Once you have met the requirements to create the piece of equipment you can click on Craft Equipment to complete the process.
Use your blueprints as a guide for what materials you want to create, remember producing materials is a very long process so it is good to have a plan for what specific items you want to create to complete your blueprints faster.
Configuring Equipment
Once you have completed a Blueprint and have crafted your equipment it is time to put it to work!
Inside the Arsenal Building on the Equipment menu let's click on the Configure Equipment menu
After opening this menu you will find yourself on the Army equipment menu by default
If it is not already on there click on the Armor Equipment section (it is highlight in blue in the example photo above) and it will show you the item you recently crafted. Click on this item to equip it. Congratulations your Army now has a 14% HP boost!
This is not the end of this process, in fact it is just the beginning. As you gather better Blueprints you can create better equipment, each time you have new or upgraded equipment to use come back to configuration menu to swap old equipment for any new and better peices you will eventually make. There are some additional nuances involved and I have omitted a few things that you will need to figure out on your own however, this guide should be a great jumpstart to understanding how to use the Arsenal Building to make your military stronger so you can defeat your opponents💪.
