Help Refugees You can find this under the "Activity" menu inside Top War. This task in Top War involves attacking a Refugee Camp to free the captives from the Dark Army. This is what the Refugee Camp looks like in Top War Only the person who summons the camp in Top War by using a "Help Me Letter" can attack the Refugee Camp. Once the camp has been summoned you have 30 minutes to free the refugees before the Dark Army destroys it. How to obtain "Help Me Letters" 1. Reward Quest Completing the tasks on the Reward Quest page in Top War gives you reward chests. The purple chest has 1 letter in it The gold chest gives you 2 additional letters 2. Island Battle Completing the Island Battle inside Top War manually instead of in rush mode gives you the opportunity to collect additional help me letters as a reward. There is a chance to obtain them during the rush mode of Island Battle in Top War but it is not...
